Truly Offline Commitment: nkrypt is designed as a local-only utility. It does not connect to the internet, nor does it transmit any data to the developer or any third party.
This Privacy Policy describes how nkrypt ("the App") handles your data. We believe your data belongs to you, and our architecture reflects that philosophy.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data processed—including encrypted files, keys, or configurations—resides exclusively within the application's private storage on your mobile device.
The App does not request the INTERNET permission. It is
technically incapable of sending data over a network or syncing with
cloud services.
The App may request local storage permissions to allow you to save or open files. These permissions are used strictly for local file management and are never used to track your activity.
We do not use any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools. There are no trackers or "cookies" within the App.
Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on the physical and digital security of your device. We recommend utilizing your device's built-in encryption and biometric locks.
